Our Client is a leading Blue Chip organisation with a strong presence across the globe. This is a new role reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager. You will form part of a wider property team and you will be responsible for delivering best value facilities managment services.

The role will cover:

- working with business partners
- working with external contractors and service providers
- managing planned and preventative maintenance programmes
- managing SLA's and KPI's
- managing budgets

Candidates will require excellent client relationship management skills coupled with a good knowledge of hard and sodt services FM. The role will be based in Tokyo and Fluent Japanese is essential for this position.
