A Client Service Corporate Actions professional is sought by a world-leading global custodian.

Based in the London Docklands, the purpose of the job is to provide a professional and accurate enquiry and information service to the custodian's clients. This role comprises responsibility for both corporate actions and income queries raised by external clients and other areas of the business.

Principal accountabilities will be to respond promptly to enquiries from external clients and other areas of the business in an accurate and professional manner and to the agreed performance standards. This will be achieved by greeting clients in a polite and personalised manner where appropriate. You will accurately identify their requirements and provide the correct responses in line with departmental procedures.

Knowledge of corporate action and income processing in the UK market is required for this role. You will be a customer driven professional, with commitment to customer service. As such, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are a prerequisite.
