• City of London £32,000 - £37,000 p/a Permanent

This excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant has arisen within a highly respected organisation. The purpose of the role is to manage the accounting ledgers and prepare various monthly management accounts in accordance with US GAAP on a monthly basis.
Our client is a leading global financial services firm based in the City.

The key responsibilities include:
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounts and the annual statutory accounts.
- Preparation of subsidiary schedules to support P&L and Balance sheet items.
- Maintain detailed fixed asset schedule by asset.
- VAT - Ensuring VAT is accounted for properly on sales and purchase invoices. Preparation of quarterly VAT report for input into the VAT return.
- Quarterly reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
- Ad-hoc work

Our client is seeking a part qualified accountant(ACCA/CIMA) with solid experience in a management accounting role and experience in Sun Accounting is preferable but not essential.
