HR Manager - Essex - £40,000 - £48,000 - 6 Months Contract

This well renowned Insurance Group is looking for an HR Manager for a 6 month fixed term contract. With a reputation for excellence and one of the most recognised brand names in the business this blue chip organisation employs over 6000 people across the UK and 50,000 globally.

The main purpose of the role is to provide support and management to 3 teams that cover all transactional HR activities. These teams cover offer letters, payroll, references & promotions. Other key responsibilities for this role include:-

- Line management and development of operational supervisors, payroll administrators and ensure that monthly performance reviews are completed on time
- Ensure that HR operational processes are designed and implemented to optimise delivery in line with internal controls and compliance
- Seek to improve communications, service levels and performance from a client First perspective.
- Ensure that SLAs and performance standards are met

You will have a good understanding of HR administration, processing and performance management including exposure of managing a number of teams simultaneously. You will also have an understanding of payroll processes as you will be overseeing this division.
