A Junior Investor Services Executive is sought by an award-winning hedge fund based in London. The company manages an impressive array of assets on behalf of a wide range of institutional investors, in several offshore funds.

This position is the junior member of a team responsible for all investor servicing activities including marketing, investor services, shareholder tracking, reporting, marketing document production, maintenance of the client database and investor due diligence/requests for proposals.

The successful candidate will have responsibility within reporting, shareholder tracking, and RFPs. You will produce risk reports, newsletters, monthly performance, weekly performance estimates, and round-ups. You will reconcile and track all investors to nominee accounts on a monthly basis. You will also be updating and maintaining internal content databases used in responding to operational due diligence requests

Hedge fund experience is essential for this role, with investor relations being ideal. You will have had exposure to the RFP process or operational due diligence. A general knowledge of investment management within the institutional market place will be of great benefit.
