Our client is one of the biggest real estate companies in the world. This is a new and exciting role - working on-site for one of the biggest blue-chip FMCG companies globally. This is a TFM contract and you will be responsible for running FM on a sizeable site - consisting of some office space, but mainly manufacturing and production sites.

The role will involve managing suppliers, ensuring that they meet SLA and KPI's. THe scope of services will einclude maintenance of plant equipment, contract management, project managemeht, health & safety, energy & environmental management, along with the soft services management.

Candidates must have excellent H&S (ideally Nebosh or IOSH qualified). You will also have strong hard services fM experience, first rate contract mgmt experience and strong customer service skills. Reporting to an Account manager, you will be the first point of contact for all FM related issues raised by the client. Excellent career opportunity. Previous service provider experience is hugely advantageous.
