Position: Customer Advisor
Salary: circa £16,000

Our client currently requires a Customer Advisor for their branch in Edinburgh. Salary will be circa £16000 plus fantastic benefits.

Duties will include:

·Identify customer needs and ensure that they are provided with first class service.
·Contribute to the branch sales target through the achievement of personal targets set as agreed by the Customer Manager.
·Contribute and participate in branch sales promotional activity.
·Process transactions, including handling cash and cheques, at the counter and to respond to enquiries both face to face and by telephone.
·To deal with administrative issues on both mortgages and investment products as well as on behalf of agents.
·To deal with incoming and outgoing mail, both paper and electronic.
·To service ATMs and perform necessary back-up tasks.
·Comply with Society operational and control procedures and compliance requirements laid down by the regulatory bodies.

In order to be successful you will have:
·Experience of working in a customer service environment, ideally involving a degree of sales experience.
·Confident and personable manner.
·Keyboard skills.
