An exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates Engineering Manager with a bias to engineering services to join a renowned property management organisation who have a reputation for managing high profile and landmark commercial buildings and estates for clients across the UK.

The Estates Engineering Manager will be responsible for a prestigious mixed-use site on the West End / West London borders that houses both commercial, retail and residential tenants. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a current Building, Property, Estates or engineering Manager to head up the operations, overseeing M&E engineering services, cleaning, security, H&S and landscaping.

Ideally, the successful Estates Engineering Manager will have experience within a commercial property/building/estate management role with a good knowledge of service charges and will have an electrical engineering background. The Estates Engineering Manager must have strong communication and customer facing skills, with the ability to manage contractors on site and have the confidence to act as a adviser to the client regarding engineering services and other issues/projects within the estate or buildings.

The Estates Engineering Manager will oversee the tender process for all sub-contracted service, including the mechanical & electrical contract and must therefore possess an engineering qualification preferably in electrical engineering, with experience of managing an engineering contract tender process.
