An Institutional Sales Manager is sought by a leading global investment management firm who are a market leader within the fixed income industry.

Based in Dubai, the successful candidate's responsibilities will be to develop the sales process for the firm's funds in the Middle East and North Africa region. The manager will be expected to build profitable business relationships with targeted institutional investors, and identify & maintain a number of key accounts. Essentially, the manager will help build and maintain an adequate database of business contacts covering the key target markets.

This role demands a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude driven by the opportunity to leverage of the clients fantastic name within fixed income asset management and build a business. Fluency in Arabic is essential. The target territory is the MENA region, so knowledge of key target institutions, competitors and local regulations is essential. You should have an excellent understanding of this target market and knowledge of how to penetrate this market is more important than having technical knowledge of the products, though knowledge of fixed income products is advantageous.

The successful individual will have an established track record within the MENA region from either an investment bank or asset management house.
