Equity Documentation Analyst - City of London - £25.00 per hour

A established investment bank, seeks a professional Equity Documentation Analyst

This Equity Documentation Analyst role offers an exceptional opportunity to join a small, hard-working team, with excellent opportunities for personal growth and development. The Equity Documentation Analyst will play a vital role in the department, supporting a team of 10 people who are responsible for the drafting and confirmations of all equity trades. The role is temporary, with scope for permanancy.

As a successful Equity Documentation Analyst, you will be responsible for,
*Take responsibility for daily generation of outgoing confirmations and checking of incoming confirmations
*Review processes and procedures, suggesting improvements to controls and efficiency
*Review MIS to ensure relevant and monitor on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement
*Resolve exceptions and queries quickly and efficiently and communicate suggestions where a new method can be introduced to improve the service
*Respond to calls and correspondence to/from internal and external customers, including those referred from other team members, in a professional and efficient manner
*When necessary be willing to offer flexibility in hours of working to ensure tasks are processed on a timely basis
*Ensure correct level of authorised signatory is applied and that all tasks carried out are compliant to bank standards, regulations, procedures and audit requirements

You will ideally have previous experience in Equity documentation and have strong communication skills as the ability to communicate with people at all levels is a must.
