Trade Processor - London, £14 - £16 per hour


This excellent opportunity for a Trade Processor has arisen within a highly respected Top tier custodian.

This custodian has a rich and long history of providing custody and investment services. They have well-trained individuals around the world who devote 100 percent of their time to institutional custody and accounting services.

This roles responsibility includes:

- The Trade Capture Administrator is responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all client instructions in accordance with and employing market and the Bank's best practices.
- To make sure all the instructions are actioned accurately and in a timely manner so as to guard against any financial or reputational loss.
- Processing all trades in line with internal procedures and policy guidelines to provide a high quality service and minimise risks to the organisation.
- Process manual transactions received via fax, e-mail, iFTP from the Investment Manager and core systems into the fund accounting system and then to the appropriate Custodian, thereby ensuring the clients' records are complete.

Liaise with the client and their appropriate Investment Managers, Client Services and internal departments to ensure enquiries are responded to and maintain internal/external client satisfaction
