A Fixed Income Portfolio Administration Manager is required for a premier international asset manager.

Based in London's West End, the fixed income portfolio administration team is responsible for all asset servicing activity on fixed income portfolios for the EMEA client base.

The fixed income portfolio administration manager is responsible for a small team of professionals, providing support for senior and associate portfolio managers, marketing teams and clients by way of administrative functions.

The prime functions of the role will focus upon the management/oversight of the team's daily workflows. You will be monitoring the overdraft exceptions and the manual entries input to the accounting system. You will also perform audit of the month end reconciliation packs reviewed by the team supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have solid academic and professional qualifications, such the IAQ/IMC qualification or FSA 'grand-fathered' status. Proven managerial experience from within an investment operations department or a similar institution (e.g. bank, custodian, broker) will hold the candidate in high regard.
