An Operations Officer for Client On-boarding/AML Message Filtering is required for an eminent provider of a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients. Their services include the underwriting and distribution of new debt and equity issues, providing advice on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and executing daily trading and investment needs.

The incumbent in this position will be responsible for ensuring that all London client accounts are setup on appropriate source systems and perform message filtering of transactions flagged as potential violations of AML/terrorist financing regulations.

The successful candidate will be required to set-up client accounts on source systems by extrapolating information from new accounts, all executed in a highly detail oriented and time sensitive fashion. You will interact with traders in London office to ensure clients are set-up on systems in accordance with traders' requests.

You will be required to keep accurate and in-depth audit trails of all incoming requests; from receipt through execution of request. Knowledge of KYC standards is required, and you will demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with front office personnel, as requests come intermittently throughout the day.
