A Team Leader for Client & Trade Execution Operations is required for an eminent provider of a wide range of capital market products and services to corporate, government, and institutional clients. Their services include the underwriting and distribution of new debt and equity issues, providing advice on strategic acquisitions and divestitures, and executing daily trading and investment needs.


The incumbent in this position will be responsible for overseeing a small team of professionals dedicated to confirmations, client on-boarding and trade support for the fx and fixed income businesses based in London.


As a successful team leader for client & trade execution operations, you will be responsible for overseeing operations in a time sensitive operating environment. You will ensure trade support for interest rate trading (responsible for verification and daily maintenance of interest rate derivative products) you will also be responsible for ensuring that front office source system data and back office source system data are reconciled for fixed income and equity derivatives.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical skills/ability to identify cause of errors. Knowledge of numerous systems including Bloomberg, Calypso, Global, etc. would be an asset. A thorough knowledge of how different roles operate is crucial, and you will show proven leadership ability and ability to manage small group of professionals.
