Assistant Facilities Manager
London - City
To £32,000 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Facilities Manager to join a leading professional organisation based in the City of London. The Assistant Facilities Manager will join a well-established FM team, reporting directly into the FM you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all hard and soft services including but not limited to;catering, cleaning, offices services and M&E within their prestigious offices that house approx 500 staff in the City. The Assistant Facilities Manager will also have get involved with internal moves and projects.
This is a new role that will give an ambitious Assistant FM or Facilities Supervisor the opportunity to really shine and make their mark. The Assistant Facilities Manager must be extremely confident with excellent communication skills and will already have broad experience within a corporate FM environment.
The Assistant Facilities Manager will have a responsibility for contracts and will have the get involved with FM tender processes, so experience within this area will be advantageous along with having exposure to working with budgets.
The Assistant Facilities Manager will be responsible for an FM team and ideally you will already have some experience of supervising a team within an FM environment. The Assistant FM must therefore be a true leader and motivator. The Assistant Facilities Manager will be responsible for health and safety on-site and you will already hold a H&S qualification.
