A program manager is needed work for one of the worlds largest fund managers to deliver on a major outsourcing initiative. The successful incumbent will lead the entire business change effort, including technology, process and organisational change. To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record on delivering large scale change involving 3rd party providers, have an understanding of custody and fund accounting services and experience of outsourcing these services to 3rd party providers.

Some typical program definitions include developing the programs structure and governance and applying appropriate formal management discipline to the planning, tracking and management of the program. You will be managing the scope, time and budget including coordinating and working closely with leading 3rd party service providers. You will also be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the technology platform, and ensure that all related business processes are appropriately documented and implemented.

This role offers program management of global programs with large scale technology component, significant business change, operating model and business process design and implementation, bringing together IT release strategy with business architecture to develop and release road-maps for delivery Vs business value.
