• Portfolio Guideline Analyst - ThinkFolio

• City of London £500 - £700 day Temporary

Our client is a boutique emerging market fund manager with a strong track record of success. Having recently implemented the ThinkFolio system they now require the services of a skilled compliance professional on a contract basis to work as a Portfolio Guideline analyst.

The specific requirement of the contract is to build the investment restrictions into the compliance module of the ThinkFolio system.

Working alongside the IT developers you will bring to bear your previous ThinkFolio experience and will ensure that the compliance rules contained within the client investment mandates are accurately coded in the ThinkFolio system.

It is imperative that you:

-have previous exposure to ThinkFolio in a similar role
-have detailed knowledge of compliance and the regulatory environment
-understand how investment mandate restrictions operate within a monitoring system
-can work successfully in a project environment
-possess superb analytical and communication skills
-are available to commence the role at short notice

The funds are invested in a range of instruments including equities, fixed income, currencies, total return swaps, interest rate swaps, futures, options and credit default swaps. You will need to have a strong working knowledge of these instruments and be passionate about working within investment management.
