The Role
An exceptional Senior Change Manager is required by this leading Investment Bank.

Reporting into the HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT you will be right hand person in a division of 80-100 project managers and responsible to -
*Manage research to determine and quantify options solutions to meet strategic fit
*Responsible for either a portfolio of complex / critical projects or planning and managing a large project through the entire life cycle, ensuring delivery to time, cost and quality
*Develop, maintain and use business and organisational awareness and technical knowledge to influence business strategy and strategic fit that supports change
*Use knowledge to create, scope and deliver projects which directly contribute to the strategic objectives based on knowledge and understanding of the organisational impact of change
*Manage service levels and process, ensuring staff ownership of business needs and full understanding of the value to the organisation of improved customer service


The successful candidate will posses an Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) along with Change Management experience in Investment Banking and recognised as a project management practitioner, proven track record of end-to-end delivery along with a well rounded knowledge of banking products and terminology with the ability to demonstrate strong leadership by implementing ideas and persuading others to follow
