Position: Finance Manager, Part Time - Edinburgh
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata DOE
Hours of work: 4 - 5 full days per week

An opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join our client, a Not for Profit organisation based in Edinburgh central. This a great opportunity for an individual who can assist in strategic planning, leading and developing as well as implementing change.

Working alongside the existing Finance Manager your role will encompass the following:

-Manage a small finance and administration team
-Ensure legal obligations are met including PAYE, NI, SSP, Maternity Pay, VAT & Services and are fully complied with
-Prepare annual budgets for approval by board
-Preparation of quarterly Management Accounts and Balance Sheets
-Prepare Annual Audited Accounts for Annual Reports
-Conduct internal audit of financial control and lead on finance risk assessment and risk management reports

Background of the Finance Manager:

- Ideally have exposure to working within the Not For Profit sector
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA etc) or QBE (Qualified by Experience)
- Prior experience in board/management reporting
- Balance sheet preparation
- Experience preparing annual budgets and accounts
