A Leading real estate provider has an opportunity based in Dubai. You will be embedded into a blue chip client organisation, working closely with the client (Head of corporate Real estate) and charged with programme managing the scoping and initiation of RE and FM projects, delivered through a team of specialist providers - across FM, Projects, transactions etc etc..

A hugely challenging role requiring someone with a good understand of corporate property coupled with accomplished programme/change management skills and a strong track record in delivering international corporate property programmes. You may come from a client side organisation or be working in a consulting environment (either real estate or organisational change).

Candidates will need to be based out of Dubai and have a commitment to travel. Exposure middle east and Africa regions is hugely advantageous.
