A leading Retail Bank based in the Docklands are looking for a HR Compensation and Benefits MI Analyst to join them immediately.
The HR Compensation and Benefits MI Analyst will be responsible for
-Maintenance of bonus pool and forecasting reporting
-Extract data from SAP
-Produce compensation MI packs for Group Centre teams.
-Manage the collation, analysis and presentation of compensation MI from a variety of sources
-Produce ad hoc analysis for function heads, HR heads, business partners, analysts and specialists as required
-Develop processes and systems to enhance the accuracy of HR compensation MI and the efficiency of its production
-Identify and mitigate risks to HR compensation data accuracy
-Identify opportunities for more effective use of HR compensation management information
-Develop HR colleagues to promote more efficient and effective use of HR compensation MI
-Creation of reporting systems, templates & data analysis
The ideal candidate will have solid experience/skills in HR MI reporting in particular compensation, and have knowledge of HR SAP or equivalent employee system. If you have the required skills and experience and are available for an immediate start please send through your CV's
