Static Data Analyst.
£20.00 - £22.00 per Hour.
City Of London.

This new leading force in global multi-asset brokerage business requires a dedicated and highly motivated Static Data Analyst.

As a focused Static Data Analyst you will assume a critical operational control role relating to Static Data within the Securities Operations division (Approximately 40 Staff)reporting to the Operational Control Manager.

Specific duties will include:

*Overseeing all static data changes for front to back office systems administered by the static data team, focusing on the appropriateness, timelines accuracy and completeness.
* Assisting the Operational Control Manager in:

* Identifying actual and potential control weakness around static data.
* Assisting in the drafting and effective implementation of corrective actions.
* Identifying processing weaknesses through process mapping and route cause analysis.
* Devising process efficiencies so as to minimise manual intervention and improve straight through processing.
* Introducing standardisation and best practises across the group for Static Data.
* Raising Management awareness through the reporting of key static data metrics.

To become a successful Static Analyst within this exciting company you must ideally have at least 2 years experience in an Operational Control Static Data function, ideally with a proven background gained from within a securities operation environment. You will also have a good understanding of the front to back trade flow and be able to understand complex flows and processes quickly.
