Project Office Administrator - Borehamwood - £20,000 - £22,000
Our client, a specialist provider of financial services and investment products is currently on the lookout for a Project Office Administrator to work closely alongside the Project Office Manager and be responsible for the coordination and execution of projects/launches. The successful candidate's main responsibilities will include, acting as a first point of contact to sponsors and project managers to ensure they are aware of key dates and deadlines, and to work closely with them to assist in the collation and interpretation of various information including status and financial information. You will also be responsible for organising project prioritisation group meetings including acting as the primary coordinator and contact for the presenters, and generating/distributing the minutes. You will have excellent system skills and a solid project administration background. You will also ideally have some secretarial experience, specifically minute taking.
