Our client blue chip world-leading wealth management, capital markets and advisory company, with offices in 37 countries requires the expertise of a high calibre Work Stream Lead Analyst specialising in global performance metrics.

You will be working as a key individual in the global performance metrics programme as a work stream lead, this will play a pivotal role in leading prioritisation, driving metric analysis outcomes within the team. You will be partnering with line resources, line managers to define, gather, and validate key control and performance metrics. The role is required to cover control, risk metrics and risk scoring.

As part of the overall metrics delivery model, you will be a core member of a global change delivery team within the Operations Risk & Control department. This department is responsible for risk management, metrics and control assurance within EMEA Operations. The metrics change delivery team is global and cross product.

Key responsibilities:

*Design, source and validate key metrics within the three work streams: volumes, control and risk and business/entity. Knowledge of EMEA and International derivative, debt & equity back & middle office, trading, settlement and accounting processing
*Interaction with operations line areas across all products to confirm definitions and to confirm data integrity
*Analysis of data and data trends to validate accuracy
*Planning, delivery and prioritisation of all programme metric requirements
*Liaison and partnership with key operations staff and line management
*Testing implementation phases of metrics delivery
*Validation and signoff from all key line managers for all delivered metrics
*Management of user change requests, investigation and resolution of metric application errors, bugs & queries


As a proven Lead Analyst you will have a strong understanding of control, performance metrics within an operations department. You will posses the ability to work across regions in a global environment as well as have strong Client/relationship management experience. You will have a structured, logical thinking approach to projects and analysis.
