Our client is a leading banking partner to major corporations, and financial and governmental institutions around the world. They provide a full range of debt financing, risk management and investment services. They are currently seeking the services of a talented Transaction Manager to work within the Structured & Exotic Derivatives Operations area.

As a Transaction Manager you will become and integral part the Securitisation middle-office team. The team provides a full and dedicated middle-office support function to the Securitisation businesses. You will primarily add value to both the front office as a client, ensuring that their complex business are executed efficiently, and to Operations, ensuring control is maintained over a highly complex business.

Your key responsibilities will see you:

*Become a Transaction Manager for a designated portfolio of deals
*Manage the relationship with the Securitisation businesses, origination and portfolio management teams for their portfolio of deals.
*Manage the new deal take-on process through the GBM GNPAP process
*Manage the end to end operational control processes for their designated portfolio of deals and be able to demonstrate the Operational framework through MIS and clean audit and SOX controls
*Contribute to delivery of the change agenda, in particular as a Business SME with respect to requirements, testing and implementation.
*Deliver MIS demonstrating performance against agreed KPI/KRI
*Deliver a clean audit and SOX environment
*Reduce Operational risk by decommissioning the number of spreadsheets and implementing use of core systems and STORM
*Deliver a value for money service to Front Office within budget

As an experienced and successful Transactions manager you will have operations experience in processing Fixed Income Cash and Derivatives products as well as being able to understand complex structured transactions. You will also need to demonstrate a strong back ground in working in a complex structuring/origination environment.
