An Investment Writer is required for a leading London-based fund manager. The role is for a highly experienced marketing professional. This role is based in London.

The purpose of the role is to provide investment content to support sales and marketing campaigns. You will act as a key source of investment market and product-related information and build effective relationships with the investment management and distribution teams.

Your accountabilities will be to ensure the timely production of high quality, accurate investment commentary for a range of regular communications, including regulatory reports, fund factsheets, market and performance reviews. You will contribute investment commentary to sales and marketing materials, such as ad hoc Insight updates, newsletter content, thought-leadership articles and sales aids.

Strong writing skills are essential, particularly the ability to write creatively and for a broad range of audiences, from first-time investors to sophisticated intermediaries and consultants. You will demonstrate a robust understanding of financial markets and the investment management industry. While there is scope to cover various asset classes, an interest in/knowledge of fixed income markets would be particularly desirable.
