A Team Administrator is required for one of the world's premier providers of asset services and solutions. The role is based in the London Docklands.

The role is based within the Sales and Marketing Department, providing office administration support to the International RFP Team. The role will provide administrative support to four RFP writers and a team leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating/updating RFP template documents as well as formatting/templating RFP documents received from clients/prospects. You will assist with editing and formatting of drafts and finalised RFP documents, as required. The role also has diary/secretarial duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous office administrator/secretarial experience, within a Sales or Marketing team preferred. You will be able to carry out multiple projects simultaneously and be able to prioritise workloads, keeping to deadlines.
