An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Secretarial recruitment consultant to join this dynamic temporaries recruitment team where you can expect to earn generous commission and develop a successful and illustrious career in recruitment.
While you will undoubtedly benefit from the existing, warm relationships which exist on this desk, you must be motivated by developing new business for Joslin Rowe as you can expect to spend the majority of your time working to create and maintain healthy and productive client relationships. You should be organized, have a high attention to detail and able to prioritise your workload in what is a fast moving and ever changing environment. You will thrive in a team and support your colleagues towards shared success and rewards.

Your background will be within the Secretarial Sector, preferably having recruited within Joslin Rowe's core client base of Investment Banking or Investment Management.
On a day-to-day basis, you will source and interviewing candidates for a range of Secretarial and Office Support Roles from junior to senior and executive levels. You will develop and maintain client relationships using a variety of proactive sales techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring that your clients' roles are advertised on all relevant internet sites and that response is screened and relevant candidates pursued. You will be expected to work in a targeted manner and demonstrate your ability to achieve key operational and financial targets each month and quarter.
