A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join the organisation. This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong work force.

The Corporate Action Team provides support to all European Investment Groups, ensuring complete control over all Corporate Action activities, from the point of event capture and cleansing, through to decision capture and entitlement generation. The team plays a pivotal role in controlling the execution of decisions and provides the investment teams with accurate and timely positions on which trading decisions are based.

Main duties and responsibilities

-Working as part of a team, responsible for the collation and creation of Corporate Event information on set of responsibilities that are assigned to in a timely manner.
-Participate in a regular review and document procedures around the team processes and ensure they are strictly followed
-To perform routine reporting/control functions as assigned
-To make sure any queries, discrepancies and reconciliation issues related to areas of responsibility are dealt with within the set time line according to set target.
-To understand impact of Corporate Actions on other areas of Business and vice versa

Ideally the successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Corporate Action processing experience from Event Creation to Entitlement Reconciliation. Good understanding of business processes within Fund Management organisations.
