An opportunity for a Business Support Analyst has arisen to work within the IT team within for one of Edinburgh's leading Investment Management firms. Your primary responsibility will be to liaise with the business and third party suppliers and provide first line operational and technical support and consultancy to Business Users for a wide range of Investment Systems.

Responsibilities of the Business Support Analyst:

- Working with Business Users to apply the Systems Support Model for Investment Systems
- Checking overnight system update processes
- Investigating system reconciliation errors
- Recording, investigating and managing systems problems reported by Users
- Liaison with Business Teams, IT Teams and Third Party System Suppliers
- Contributing to the development and testing of future system enhancements
- Complete Service Review Meetings with Business Users and System Suppliers

Background of the Business Support Analyst:

- Direct experience working within investments
- Excellent level of experience working with Bloomberg, Reuters etc
- Strong project management skills

This is a 6 month fixed term contract for a Business Support Analyst paying a competitive salary. This is a Monday - Friday role.
