Market leading business consultancies based in London are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. Supporting a HR Consultant in a generalist capacity the successful candidate will have previous HR experience and be looking to take the next step on the career ladder. The role will involve some travel throughout the UK.

The role will provide all round support to the HR Generalist with the key focus being:
- Reporting key management information and analysis for different office locations, including monthly payroll reporting
- Provide first line support for HR queries for key business stakeholders, offering support and advice where necessary
- Recruitment - Involved in all areas of recruitment from agency briefing and negotiation to arranging new starter contract and induction training
- Monitor all performance issues relating to performance and grievances

The candidate
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in a HR environment
- Experience of dealing with redundancies and working in a Unionised environment would be an advantage
