An Account Associate is required for a premier European asset management house. The role is based in London's West End.

The account associates provides the client-servicing group at the firm in London and Europe with customised reporting, data retrieval, and research/analysis with the objective of leveraging account manager resources and enhancing client service.

This position requires an analytical, detailed professional who can:
- Accurately and efficiently prepare client reports spanning performance, trading activity, portfolio valuation and risk metrics.
- Continually build understanding of underlying market factors to complete more qualitative, complex investment analyses.
- Effectively utilize tools such as excel spreadsheets, macros, and query tools, along with internet sites, both public and private.

Fluency in German is ideal for this position, but is not essential. The candidate will preferably have solid finance-related experience, ideally in the fixed income, financial services, or accounting industries. The ideal candidate will be familiar with fixed income markets and macroeconomics, currency and derivative instruments.
