Premier Banking organisation is currently looking for a talented Branch Banking Manager to join their growing team. The purpose of this excellent opportunity is to lead and develop the front office team to provide a first class service to customers and small business clients. The Branch Banking Manager will enjoy a well rounded role which will encompass team management, new business attraction and retention, product development, marketing and operational development. The successful applicant will also play a role in helping to develop the business plan and in packaging lending solutions to customers within the Group lending policy. This commercial role will require the individual to display a flexible and proactive approach to help drive the branch forward at a time which the company views as one of great opportunity. To apply for this role you will have a successful track record in a similar role and have experience of lending to personal and small businesses. A first class knowledge of financial services products is required and CIBS qualifications highly desirable.
