A trade review specialist is required for a prestigious, premier investment bank. This high-calibre opportunity is based in London.

The structured and exotic middle office was created with the primary responsibility to perform a three-way reconciliation between: the term-sheet; pricing supplement/confirm; and the trade booking for structured trades. We require an individual support the bank in their trade review function.

Their main role will be to perform an independent secondary review of bookings for all complex structured and exotic trades. The work will include carrying out an independent validation of the front office trade script for complex bookings, and performing the three-way reconciliation between the term-sheet, pricing supplement/confirmation and front office trade booking. They will also verify post trade amendments.

Experience of having worked in a trade review function and excellent knowledge of complex derivative products is essential. The individual will ideally have also worked in a front office environment, and will be highly proficient in VBA.

This can be an extremely demanding and busy role. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on their own initiative, be proactive, pay attention to detail and work as part of a team. They must be enthusiastic and approachable.
