A Corporate Actions role has become available at one of the largest investment banks in the world. This exciting opportunity is based in the bank's London offices.

The London Corporate Actions Group services all of the London-based equity trading businesses. These include both proprietary trading desks (cash, derivatives, convertibles) and client facing businesses (prime brokerage, stock loan, swaps).

The successful applicant will be providing timely and accurate information to internal and external clients about upcoming events. They will be managing the information flow to ensure that all details are provided to the bank's clients and that they have the details to pre-empt their questions. They will also be managing the agent bank network to ensure that they research and provide full details in a pro-active manner.

Applicants should have strong investment banking operations experience. Experience in, or proven knowledge of, corporate actions or dividends is essential. Candidates will need to demonstrate an ability to work in a high-volume, high risk manual environment proven ability to demonstrate strong reconciliation skills would be preferred.
