This international top tier investment bank is seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Tax Accountant to join them. Our client is a leading global wealth manager, a top tier investment banking and securities firm, and one of the largest global asset managers - operating in over 50 countries and from all major international centres and employs more than 80,000 people.

The key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of the corporation tax computations for some of the UBS group's entities and dealing with correspondence with HMRC.
- Assisting with quarterly reporting of UK tax figures for accounting and group reporting purposes.
- Payments of corporation tax including payments on account for all UK companies.
- Preparation of the quarterly CT61 returns and annual section 17 returns.
- Other ad hoc projects - in relation to internal reorganisations and group structure, property and other sundry matters as and when required.

our client is seeking a qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) with good tax technical knowledge and who will be willing to work to update this knowledge as tax legislation changes.
