Rate: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum pro rata

Our client, a large global investment management organisation is currently seeking an RFP Writer for their central Edinburgh office. This is a role for an RFP Writer with responsibility for completing and/or coordinating RFPs and other new business-related questionnaires which accurately and favourably represent the organisation and its investment products and services.

Responsibilities of the RFP Writer:

- Respond to new business-related requests with timely, high-quality RFPs, RFIs and Pre-Tenders
- Prepare accurate, complete first drafts and polished final submissions that successfully move the firm to the next stage of the client's selection process
- Respond to non-new business requests (Client Due Diligence, Ad-Hoc Data Requests, Publications and Surveys)
- Participate in formal Review Process
- Work with Product Management and other business partners (e.g. Performance, Legal, Compliance) to prepare RFP content (including Executive Summary, Cover Letter, Responses to Questions, Appendices and Attachments) that supports the agreed strategy

Background of the RFP Writer:

- Previous RFP experience, preferably in an international environment
- Prior experience working within financial services, ideally within investments
- Good IT skills (RFP Express (Pragmatech Software) a distinct advantage)
- Strong understanding of statistical data
- Excellent research and analysis skills

This is a 6 month fixed term contract for an RFP Writer paying £20,000 - £25,000 per annum pro rata. This is a Monday - Friday role.
