An Operations Analyst is required for an established global leader in the hedge fund industry. The role is based in London's West End.

As a successful candidate, your key responsibilities will focus on setting up new distributor agreements ensure information is populated correctly on the firm's systems and that a fee schedule is drafted accurately to reflect the distribution terms agreed. You will also update and maintain a contacts database of all client and agent records, as well as monitor and reconcile subscriptions, redemptions and transfers.

The ideal candidate will have solid academic qualifications. They will also have good experience in a similar operational client focused administration function. Strong analytical skills, and excellent client-servicing skills, are essential.
