This excellent opportunity for a Investment Accounting Manger has arisen within a highly respected global financial services firm. With a reputation for excellence in advice and execution on a global scale, our client is a leading asset management and securities services company, uniquely focused to help clients manage and move their financial assets and succeed in the rapidly changing global marketplace.

The key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to the development, planning and review of strategic goals and objectives so that strategic and operational plans are aligned and corporate and functional business plans are delivered and managed effectively.
- Lead and manage the International Accounting Services department and all associated budgets, resources and systems to ensure the capability exists for it to work effectively and in close cooperation with colleagues in other functions/operations to meet business needs and deliver strategic objectives. Continuous focus on operational efficiencies improving ratio of staff assigned to accounts.
- Participate in the timely and cost effective development of high quality, market leading products and services in order to ensure that the products reflect market trends and changing client requirements in conjunction with London and Product Management.
- Contribute to sales/cross sales by identifying and/or supporting sales and/or marketing efforts in the UK, Europe and other regions as appropriate in order to achieve strategic growth objectives for Accounting and Reporting services.

Our client is seeking a qualified accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA) with previous senior management experience.
