A leading financial service organisation based in the City has an opportunity for a HR assistant to join their established team. Reporting to the HR Manager this role would suit a candidate with previous HR experience in a financial services environment and someone who is looking to develop their career in the HR field.

The role will provide all round support to the HR Manager with the key focus being:
- General assistance in London based HR matters
- Provide first line support for HR queries for key business stakeholders, offering support and advice where necessary
- Prepare and assist in payroll matters, including analysis and reporting
- Collate and manage staff holiday and attendance data

The candidate
- Degree educated or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working in a HR environment
- Good Excel skills would

This role needs an ambitious character that is not afraid to take ownership the day to day activities in the role. In return you will be able to build on your current experience quickly.
