Risk and Compliance Advisor - Maidenhead - Up to £55,000 + Bonus

My client is looking to recruit a Risk and Compliance Advisor to join their current team. You will assist the Risk and Compliance Manager with the development and management of a UK and European Risk and Compliance Management function within the business. You will advise management upon action and strategies appropriate to manage statutory, regulatory and operational risks and to ensure the business is run in a compliant fashion.

You will be responsible for the completion of all operational compliance and risk management tasks and will report to the Risk and Compliance Manager. Your focus will be to take a proactive role in the identification, assessment and control of risks affecting particularly in its European operations.

In exchange you will have around 5 years Risk Management/Compliance experience gained within the Insurance Industry. Knowledge of FSA rules both European and UK is required and a Risk Management/Compliance qualification is desired but not essential.
