Our client is the world's leading provider of enterprise risk solutions. They are currently seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join their London Office. Reporting into the Operations Manager you will support the Operations Manager and Lead Business Analyst for the company's product offering.



Key Responsibilities include
*The primary responsibility will be gathering and documenting business requirements and working with a dedicated team of developers to ensure the extension of the Solution meets the requirements of the project.
*Develop and document business requirements / functional requirements
*Implement and manage formal testing program - develop test plans, oversee testing, collate results and follow up on issue resolution with developers and business owners
*Train team and client base on testing process and techniques
*Manage release cycle for product releases
*Liaise with technical support to resolve support issues
*Ad hoc analysis and reporting
*Some incidental international travel may be required


The ideal candidate will be educated to a degree level and possess previous business analysis experience along with an excellent knowledge of the product development life cycle, strong communication skills, keen enthusiasm to solve technical problems of any kind and the ability to work alone and in a team environment
