International telecoms business based in Slough are looking for HR Executive to provide support and advice for their Scandinavian region. The role, reporting in to the HR Director, will provide advisory support to various business units and managers across the full HR piece.

The role

-Deliver generalist HR support to a client group of 350 employees
-Ensure all internal clients are communicated to efficiently
-Advise line managers on all employee relations issues and ensure they are completed in an appropriate manner
-Undertake and support project work as requested

The person

-CIPD qualified or equivalent
-Good understanding of Scandinavian employment law and Unions
-Experience of working in a large blue-chip organisation
-Knowledge of Peoplesoft would be an advantage but is not essential

The successful candidate will initially be offered a six month contract with a view to a longer term commitment after the initial six month period depending on performance.
