A Graduate Recruitment Data Administrator is required by an Investment Bank based in the Docklands.
The Graduate Recruitment Data Administrator will facilitate the coordination of the Firm's graduate recruitment process and provide support to the divisional teams with the candidate management service and application screening.
The Graduate Recruitment Data Administrator will be responsible for managing the in-house recruitment database to ensure that the candidate database is accurately maintained and updated. The focus will be on the initial selection process, from validating applications and conducting an initial screen through to updating interview & assessment centre schedules on the system.
Graduate Recruitment Data Administrator will also be responsible for responding to candidate enquiries as well as support the team with other admin related tasks as directed by your manager. This could include inputting candidate feedback after interview rounds, updating recruiting trackers and systems and running reports for the business
The successful candidate will have an interest in graduate recruitment as well as excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and thrive in a challenging business environment.
You will ideally have worked in a similar role dealing with volume campaigns and have excellent client facing skills within Financial services and be available for an immediate start
