A leading investment bank, who are based in the City are are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to act as a member of the Global HRIS team and the local HR Operations team, the HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the global HRIS initiatives most importantly the upgrade of the core HRMS to Peoplesoft 9.0.

As a successful HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the design, development and continued support of regional MIS and reporting. The HRIS Analyst will support end users and resolve systems and user issues from identification and analysis through resolution. This position partners with other HR colleagues to analyse work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. The HRIS Analyst maintains a systems orientation and can work effectively with peers to set priorities and conduct long-term planning. This position also serves as a technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analysing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The HRIS Analyst will provide consultative hands-on functional, reporting, and technical support for PeopleSoft and other HRMS systems (e.g. applicant tracking, LMS), act as the lead MIS Reporting Analyst, analyse regional reporting needs, design and develop regional reports, educate functional users and super users on core HR business processes, assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS systems or upgrades and collaborate with functional and technical colleagues.
You will have a strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, experience with database tools and be proficient at MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

You will ideally have similar experience gained with Financial services and be available for an immediate start.
