This excellent opportunity for a Training & Development Manager has arisen within a highly respected Financial Services company. This is a split role working between London and regional offices in the West Midlands. Working closely with the Head of Learning you will ensure all training initiatives and programmes meet the company's aims and objectives. Main responsibilities will involve implement and manage all training solutions, manage the trainee programme, training solution design and delivery, provide advice to staff / teams on L & D within the regions and be responsible for ensuring data capture and reporting for the region is accurate. In order to be successful in this position the employee must have excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to work to long term objectives and have proven management experience this role will also involve frequent travelling.
