A Lead Specialist is required for Static Data Trade Support within a premier international asset management house. The role is based in London.

The successful candidate will be working on the static data trade support team within portfolio operations. The team is responsible for setting up and maintaining all trade processing's static data. This includes accurately setting up new accounts on internal systems to challenging deadlines, updating existing accounts on internal systems and setting up broker static data.

The role will focus on setting up new accounts accurately and within required timeframes. You will be loading cash equity and fixed income SSIs onto the Omgeo Alert system. You will also be updating cash equity and fixed income SSIs on alert and internal systems.

An understanding of settlements in equities, fixed income, FX and unit trusts is essential, as is experience of static data maintenance within a trade processing environment.

The successful candidate will need to have a strong static data background with good Omgeo Alert skills, be able to work well within a team, have excellent time management skills to ensure deadlines are met even in busy periods, be self motivated, and constantly be looking for ways to improve current processes following ideas through.
