A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Marketing Project Manager. This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong work force.

The Marketing Project Manager works within a team producing marketing communications to support the European institutional business development and brand building activities.

As the Marketing Project Manager you will be responsible for;
-Projects include a mix of cyclical (monthly and quarterly) communications (e.g. factsheet production, HTML emails), as well as the development of new communications materials (sales brochures, web content, event materials etc.) to support the launch and marketing of new products to prospects, existing clients and consultants.
-The post holder will also work on exhibitions and conferences, research documents, web content, articles, stationery, promotional merchandise and targeted email activity.
-They will take ownership of developing and maintaining the marketing materials designed for a specific set of product areas / asset classes (inc. alternatives, active & indexed equities, life funds including defined contribution, and Dublin funds).

Ideally the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the institutional investment management landscape and the role that marketing plays in support of the sales process to institutions. Also, familiarity with the FSA's financial promotions rules and experience of working within a compliance conscious business environment
