This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for an enthusiastic Equity Swaps Documentation Officer. With over 300,000 employees in 83 countries and territories this investment bank is one of the largest financial services organisations in the world, and one of the few banks with a truly global presence.

You will be a vital member of the Derivative operation team supporting the Equity Finance business. The team consisting of 12 people, you will be one of the main contacts for Equity Swap documentation issues.

Specific duties will include:

*Review and check all trade bookings in Phoenix by F/O via term sheet.
*Ensure any resulting corrections are made in a timely manner.
*Draft and review all Equity Swap confirmations based on trade booking/term sheet.
*Undertake negotiation with internal counsels to resolve outstanding issues pending confirmation execution.
*Update the derivatives confirmations chasing tool, ACT! As confirms are sent
*You will need to have experience in Equity drafting role as well as experience of Equity swap confirmations. You must be a good communicator as there will be a lot of liaising with Legal department, traders and external clients.
