An Equity Derivative Documentation negotiator is required for a leading international investment bank. The role is based in London.

The successful candidate is responsible for actively participating in all issues relating to equity derivative documentation negotiation activities, generated from the equity derivative business.

The negotiator will be ensuring optimisation of the process, representing the firm's documentation internally and externally at a number of working groups, liaison with the business and clients, a clear understanding of the ISDA equity derivative definitions, the equity processes and procedures and assisting in the development of the equity derivative business

Strong global markets business experience is essential for this role, specifically knowledge of the ISDA equity derivative definitions and ISDA master confirmation agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an extensive knowledge of key equity derivative products (both from a flow and exotic derivative perspective) and market complexities. We expect the successful candidate to have a proven track record in supporting equity product life cycle events.
